SUBWAY®Restaurants at 2294 Gateway Center Drive, Belvidere, Illinois.

On 12/21/16 I Ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt from the gateway dr location today. The sandwich had chicken and soggy bacon on it and nothing else. The website menu say it comes with melted Monterey cheddar cheese chicken crispy bacon lettuce tomato onions and green pepper. It has none of this except chicken and bacon. I called the location to voice my displeasure about the sandwich and all I got was excuses. Not once did they apologize or offer to make it right, Very poor customer service . After the phone call I put my own cheese on it and tried to eat it and then I found a couple hairs in it also. Needless to say I will never eat at that subway again on Gateway Drive or any other subway probably for that matter .
